Collaborations include projects with Mario Testino, Mert & Marcus, Alexander McQueen, Nick Knight, Marc Quinn, Lucien Freud, Top Shop, Longchamp, Dior and Coty, Louis Vuitton, YSL, Versace, Fred, and Calvin Klein. She has appeared on the cover of British Vogue a record 36 times. The February 2014 issue featured her shoot in a new role as contributing fashion editor.
Kate has played a significant role in improving the lives of people with HIV and AIDS. Her many contributions to amfAR include serving as co-chair of amfAR Hong Kong 2015 and participating in the Inspiration Gala São Paulo for the past four years. She also supports the Elton John AIDS Foundation and was photographed by fashion photographer Rankin for the HIV charity Body & Soul—a campaign to battle the stigma associated with HIV. Her other philanthropic work includes helping to launch the Sam and Ruby Rose Charity, which has funded the education and shelter of Thai children since the 2004 tsunami, as well as supporting the Hoping Foundation, Cancer Research UK, and War Child.
