*The show car is a non-running display model and is not intended for road or track use. It must be used, handled, stored, transported, and displayed strictly in accordance with Audi’s written instructions and handling guidelines. Transport, collection, delivery, installation, storage, insurance, shipping, taxes, duties, and all other costs associated with the show car are the responsibility of the successful bidder. The Buyer acknowledges that the show car is made available by Audi under a special licence arrangement reflecting its unique status as a piece of Audi Formula 1® history. The Buyer must not modify, remove, or obscure the vehicle’s livery, branding, or identifying elements (other than by removing all branding and livery in their entirety), nor use the show car in connection with any unlawful activity or in any manner that could reasonably be considered detrimental to, inconsistent with, or disparaging of the Audi brand. The show car may not be used to promote political, religious, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive messages or activities. The Buyer acknowledges that any breach of these conditions may result in legal action, including Audi’s right to revoke the licence arrangement and seek repossession of the show car. The show car may be resold in the future, provided that the sale takes place through a bona fide and reputable platform and that the subsequent owner agrees in writing to be bound by substantially the same usage, branding, and ownership restrictions before transfer. **The meet and greet, vehicle handover, and live signing experience may be adapted if required by Formula 1®, the team, or event organizers. Travel to and from Madrid is not included. Formula 1® Paddock Club™ access is subject to Formula 1® terms and conditions and availability.
